(01) Who we are
We are not simply a construction company. We are a delivery partner for UK non-profits: you bring the plan and the funding, and we manage the build from first groundwork to handover.
(02) On site
The orphanage, from groundwork to handover.
Our orphanage in The Gambia, built as a safe and supportive home for children.
(03) What we do
From funded plan to finished building.
- 01
Construction & Development
Professional delivery of new community facilities, religious buildings and essential infrastructure.
- 02
Housing & Refurbishment
Redevelopment and refurbishment of homes, giving vulnerable families safer and more secure living conditions.
- 03
Community Projects
Supporting non-profits to improve facilities and opportunities within local communities.
- 04
UK & International Delivery
A trusted third-party contractor that implements your project in the UK or overseas on your behalf.
(04) The design
Built around the courtyard.
Our orphanage design wraps bedrooms, a canteen and learning spaces around open courtyards. Drag the model to turn it.
Illustrative model, not to scale.

A delivery partner, not just a builder.
(01) Who we are
Deliver Intl Ltd works with UK-based non-profit organisations to implement and deliver humanitarian, community, housing and religious development projects.
Our role is to work alongside our partners so that projects are delivered professionally, efficiently and to a high standard in the places where they are built. We currently deliver in the UK, The Gambia and Pakistan, with experience across construction, refurbishment, community development and humanitarian projects.
To date we have delivered two mosque construction projects and one orphanage project for UK-based non-profit organisations.
(02) The founder
From fundraising to delivery.
Deliver Intl Ltd was founded by Ballal Qureshi, who began his career in the charity sector as a Fundraising Officer at a UK-based international charity.
That experience on the fundraising side inspired him to start his own business, supporting charities in managing the delivery of their construction projects. Today Deliver Intl Ltd does exactly that for UK non-profit organisations in the UK, The Gambia and Pakistan.
